I made this card for a SWAP on Cricut for a Kids cards that I hosted. It uses Fishy Friends, which although it is retired, is a very cute set! The frame around the front of the card is done with a rolling stamp I bought ages ago from Michael's. I cut the frame with the Coluzzle.
